We are a 48 Unit Townhouse complex housed in 10 buildings and a common Clubhouse. The estimate we got was well written and very detailed. It pointed out aspects that the strata council had not considered. Once we awarded the contract to Islanders' Choice, we were not disappointed. The work was very well done and their crew were here everyday, often late in the day finishing each building to perfection.
The crew chief Dave, was very concerned that each homeowner was happy with the work at their unit and had the crew come back and attend to details.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a painting service. Our Strata used Islanders' Choice Painting for some exterior work on our building. We were very pleased with the quality of the work done. Their employees paid much attention to the details of the work. They were punctual, polite and very respectful to the owners in the building. They cleaned up at the end of every day and there weren't any splatter marks anywhere. Great communication between all levels of the company and always kept me informed to the progress of the work Islanders' Choice came and painted a large portion of the interior at Arbutus Grove Children's Centre. They were able to paint 2 large classrooms, hallway and all of our interior doors during our annual Spring Break closure. They were professional and did a great job and I would definitely have them back for any additional projects we have.
